Who we are
Every program was about improving your body and focusing all of your attention on your physical self. But it felt like that was only one piece of the puzzle. In order to truly tackle whole wellness, we felt that we should address not only the physical, but three elements: mind, body, and heart.
Working together, those three elements would be the path to true wellness for women everywhere. We gathered all of our health and wellness experience, called upon friends, colleagues, our gurus, and the best coaches we know to help develop this revolutionary program. And that’s how our 12-week program, EnRitualize Foundation, was created.
And so, VowTo was born.
Husband and wife entrepreneurial team Pablo and Fernanda Bressan have had a variety of successful business ventures before coming together on this inspiring project. From Mortgage Banking to Telecom to E-commerce, they excelled, often at the expense of a balanced life. With the birth of their daughter, Luciana, they realized they wanted to follow their hearts and do something she would be proud of. Always questioning and filled with curiosity, both were open to new ideas. Years of working with Life Coaches, fitness & wellness experts, taking business and life transformational programs, and practicing yoga & meditation, led them to realize that in order to live the life of their dreams, they had to find balance and practice mindfulness. They found that to lead by example, they needed to put themselves first, and create something that others could benefit from by balancing mind, body and heart. From there, the idea of VowTo took root.
After 20 years in the hospitality industry, Stephanie traded in the fast-paced, unpredictable, and often hectic life in South Beach hotels and restaurants for a desk at VowTo’s headquarters in Wynwood. Finally settling into the transition (though not getting nearly as much exercise, and not a piña colada in sight), she is excited to be a part of the VowTo launch, and even more enthusiastic to experience its evolution from a simple and honest idea to a wellness phenomenon. And having weekends off for the first time since Clinton was in office isn’t bad either… 🙂

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Jim has climbed big mountains all over the world. With this background, he understands the importance of living in balance and tries to do so everyday.
“When on a climbing expedition, I find that if one aspect of my life is out of balance – mind, body or heart – it is nearly impossible to achieve what I have set out to do. I find this to be true in life as well and, therefore, try to apply the lessons I have learned in the mountains to my everyday life. Living a life in balance requires continuous work, and I am certainly a work-in-progress, but by tuning into how I’m feeling mentally, emotionally and physically, and fine-tuning things along the way, I find that I enjoy a much happier and more fulfilling life.”
